Since I got invited to her "fan"-page on facebook (uh what a privilege sharing the fan page with over 1000 other "fans" ;)) and since she updates us "supergirls" (beginning with "dear supergirls") nearly every season with her latest collection, I decided to write something about Ludmila Corlăţean.
The Romanian designer appears to be just very few noticed in the Western block, but I have to admit that "Dear Marcella" is seriously "ready-to-wear".
Black & white as well as laces combined with velvet and hot grey dominate her personal view of Autumn / Winter 2009. Moreover our lovely red tights and the classic fur have their season-revival as every year.
Overall a kinda puristic collection, which favours me a lot .
